Can you OD on Emergen-C? Just wondering because I might be at risk of doing it.Pounding the water and Emergen-C and about to head to sleep to fend off whatever annoying little thing is trying to crawl into my throat and camp out there.
Ugh. This happens every year at this time. I'm not going to let it get the better of me this year. I'll show it who's boss...as soon as I cater to it and give it sleep, water, and Emergen-C!
