Today was a day of firsts:
1) the smallest group ever at our T3 morning run (combo of off-season + chilly weather?)
2) having more miles on my "to run" agenda than Jess! (She's tapering for IMAZ next weekend.)
3) running with Ben and Logan (yeah, they hung back with me...which was VERY nice of them considering I'm a lot slower than they are!)
4) tackling Mt. Bonnell (well, not actually the full set of stairs up to the top but the road up there! Here's our full run.)
5) needing my fleece lined shirt and running tights - yep, it was 38 degrees when we started...thank goodness for the sunshine!
Great way to start my Sunday!!!
