"If there isn't joy in the struggle, then it's not the right struggle."
This seems to apply to so many areas of life - but for me right now, especially to IM training. I'm grateful that there is joy in the struggle for me...joy in the hills on Parmer and 360 tomorrow...joy in an upcoming Wilke workout...joy in 100 x 100s in the pool. Grateful to be able to take on these struggles (and so many more)...grateful to have amazing teammates and coaches to do it with.
